THECLA GLUECK

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

Long before launching her design practice, Thecla Glueck was known among friends and colleagues for her discerning eye and instinctive sense of style. Whether helping refine a home's interiors, curate a wardrobe, or host one of her now-legendary beach and Stern Grove picnics, she had a natural ability to create environments that felt thoughtful, welcoming, and beautifully composed.

That sensibility was further refined during a two-decade career in advertising, where she helped nationally recognized brands connect with audiences through visual communication, content, and strategic creative direction. When she transitioned into interior design in 2020, it felt like a natural extension of the work she had always loved most: shaping spaces that influence how people feel and live.

Today, Thecla leads a full-service residential interior design studio serving homeowners throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. She specializes in thoughtful renovations, home refreshes, furnishing projects, and full-scale remodels, guiding clients through every stage of the process, from concept development and material selections to project coordination and installation.

Her approach balances beauty with functionality, helping clients create homes that not only reflect their lifestyles and personal aesthetics but also support long-term value and marketability. Drawing on her background managing complex creative projects, she brings a steady hand to budgets, timelines, and decision-making, ensuring each project feels both inspiring and well executed.

Whether refreshing a beloved residence or transforming a home through renovation, Thecla's goal remains the same: to create timeless, highly personal spaces that feel authentic to the people who live in them. She believes the most memorable interiors tell a story through color, texture, and thoughtful layering.
